1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing cybercella.com or purchasing our software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a specific Master Services Agreement (MSA), Cybercella 56 Limited retains the intellectual property rights to pre-existing code, libraries, and proprietary SaaS platforms. Upon full payment for custom development services, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the developed software, or full ownership as explicitly defined in the project contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely access to necessary assets, credentials, and feedback required for Wearsmith Co to perform the software services. Delays on the client’s end may result in adjusted project timelines.
4. Limitation of Liability
Cybercella 56 Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use of our software services or integrations.
