1. Delivery Method
Cybercella 56 Limited provides digital software solutions and development services. As such, no physical items are shipped.
2. Delivery Timelines
SaaS & Subscriptions: Access credentials and onboarding materials for subscription products (e.g., Inventory SaaS) are delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase.
Custom Services: Delivery timelines for custom development, integrations, and setup services are outlined in your individual Project Scope and Proposal.
3. Handover Process
Upon completion of a development or integration service, “delivery” is defined as the successful transfer of code to the client’s live or staging environment, the handing over of administrative credentials, or the activation of the purchased plugin/software.
4. Acceptance
Clients will have a specified review period (usually 14-30 days, as defined in their contract) post-delivery to report any bugs or discrepancies before the project is officially marked as completed and closed.
