1. Digital Services & Development

Due to the custom nature of software development and technical integrations, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.

2. Milestone-Based Projects

For large development projects, payments are structured in milestones. If a client wishes to terminate a project before completion, they are liable for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any deposits paid for uncommented future milestones will be refunded.

3. SaaS and Subscription Products

Monthly subscriptions (e.g., Monthly Tech Support, Inventory SaaS) can be canceled at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service used.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with a delivered service, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. We are committed to correcting technical bugs or deviations from the agreed-upon scope of work at no extra charge within the warranty period.
